Rustamov Suyunhon Shodmonovich

                                                     In December 23, 2013, at an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board of OJSC "Agroinvestbank" Rustamov Suyunhon Shodmonovich was appointed as the Chairman of OJSC "Agroinvestbank".  

   He was born in Temurmalik district of Khatlon region in August 3, 1963. In 1984 he graduated from the Tajik Agrarian University with a degree in accounting and business analysis in agriculture and in 2003 the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Policy in Khujand, majoring in law. 

   Rustamov S.Sh. began his career as a senior accountant of forestry "Dagan Kiik" in Khuroson district of Khatlon region. 

   In 1984-1986 he served in the Armed Forces of the Soviet Army. 

     From August 1986 to February 1988 Rustamov S.Sh. was a senior economist – financier of Agroindustrial Unions in Temurmalik District and from March 1988 to February 1990 worked as chief economist of the farm "Sovet-2" in the same district. 

     From February to October 1990 Rustamov S.Sh. served as head of the financial department of Kulyab regional agroindustrial committee. In October 1990 he was appointed as the chief accountant "Oftobruya" farm in Temurmalik District, where he worked until June 1996. 

     From 1996 to June 2000 Rustamov S.Sh. was a senior auditor of the Office of auditing of taxpayers of Sughd Tax Committee. From June 2000 to May 2005 he served as chief tax inspector of the audit department, the head of a group of Taxpayer Service and deputy head of Sughd Tax Inspection of large taxpayers of Ministry of State Revenues and Duties of the Republic of Tajikistan. 

     In 2005 he was appointed as a Head of the Tax Policy Department, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, where he worked until March 2010 in position of Chief of the tax policy of state fees. From March 2010 to February 2012 Rustamov S.Sh. worked as Vice-Chairman of Sughd region. In February 2012 he was appointed as a First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan. 

     For productive activity in financial and tax authorities, in 2008 he was awarded the honorary signs "Excellence in financial authority of the Republic of Tajikistan" and in 2011 "Excellence in tax authority of the Republic of Tajikistan".
