Professional requirements for vacant positions:

·        Higher economic education;

·        Experience in the banking sector at least 3 years (preferably in a managerial position);

·        Age to 45 years old;

·        Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, CFT, ABS «RS-bank»;

·      Working leadership and management skills, the ability to a business trip and overtime work;

·        Good manners;

·        Ability for analysis and drafting of contracts;

·        Ability to make decisions;

·        Ability to work in a tense environment;

·       Ability to perceive and organize the execution of instructions relating to banking activities;

·        The ability to express own opinions regarding the head of the center of office;

·     The ability to organize collective work for correct and timely execution of the questions.
