An extraordinary meeting of OJSC “Agroinvestbank” shareholders

    The meeting took place at the head office of "Agroinvestbank" in October 11, 2013. The event was attended by shareholders, the members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, as well as invited guests.

     During the session were discussed issues related to the election of the Bank's external auditor to audit the financial statements for the 2013 fiscal year, the early termination of office of all members of the Supervisory Board and the election of the members of the Supervisory Board in its new staff. For all the issues were made relevant decisions.

     The following candidates were elected to the membership of Supervisory Board: Khamraliev Farrukh Makhmudovich - State Advisor to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on economic policy,  Nuraliev Jamoliddin Kamolovich - First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Boboev Muhammadi Kurbonovich – Head of Directorate of international relations, financial reporting and analysis at OJSC "Agroinvestbank", Kurbonov Sabir Ikramovich - Economic Advisor on Central Asia of the United Kingdom Department for International Development in Tajikistan at the British Embassy in the Republic of Tajikistan, Ibrohimov Ilhomuddin Radzhabalievich - Vice President of Academic Affairs of the Institute of Finance and Economy of Tajikistan, and to audit the financial statements of OJSC "Agroinvestbank" for fiscal year 2013 was chosen an auditor company LLC «Deloitte & Touche» as Bank's external auditor.
